Hylos wants to establish a relationship of trust with its customers.
You have two months to use the device. At the end of the 2 months, and at your request, the device is taken back and refunded with a discount due to its use.
This offer is only valid for the white model worth €635.
Our commitment :
To make a trade-in of your Hylos device (if it is in perfect condition) within a maximum of 2 months after your purchase, for the sum of 425€ including VAT.
Process :
- Notify us by e-mail and attach your IBAN that you wish to resell your device.
- Send it back to us by Colissimo with a tracking number to our address.
- After having noted its good visual condition and operation, we will issue a transfer of 425 € in your favor. Please note that if the order is a cash purchase the transfer will be immediate, if it is a purchase separated in 4 times without charge the transfer will be made after the last payment.
Examples of the cost price of the 2 month trial period
- 1 person who does 1 daily session: : 3,5 € the session.
- 2 people + one animal who do 1 daily session: : 1,16 € the session.
